Since its 3.1 release, the Psychostats tools can generate heatmaps (as this one).

In order to display them, you need a background image of the map and a parameter file. This is what netday.be is providing here.

This archive provides all you need for the official cs_ maps. The de_maps will follow soon, then the custom maps will be added.
