In order to create a high fps map, many (wanabe) mappers just use dev texture on their creation.
Don't be b*ll-sh*ted, it's a fake excuse. Most PC are able to run any well done map with good fps, there is no need to use the orange dev texture anymore. The truth is these mappers are unable to produce anything which worth the download time. They are too lazy to do something correctly.
This map is the exact opposite of the usual dev crap. The layout is very detailed as is the texturing. You even get some models done in dev textures.
