It's not a mistake, don't try to fiddle with your monitor settings, this is an actual CSS map !
Even if the author went the vile decompile way -- the map was not entirely rebuilt from scratch -- he took the time to rebuild and adapt a set of points (textures, models, even the 3d skybox). Some areas of the architecture or the environment have been modified as well (the control rooms have disappeared for instance).
The mapper didn't try to enforce a style of play (either cs_ or de_) and opted for what should naturally be on such symmetrical maps: a fight yard ! There is a price to pay nonetheless: due to the map size, if the players are too static, the games will last forever. Players need to rush or be bored to death.
There are no buy zone. The T guys have a AK-47 while the CT are equipped with M4. They all have the usual gun and knife, of course.
A nice map, well done, and very, very different from the usual production for CSS in general, and for a fy_ in particular (after all, this is a Valve map).
