Chosing a decomissioned military base as your setting (that's how the mapper describe it) has one big advantage: you are totally free to go wild in term of layout. It doesn't matter at all if it is totally incoherent.
Therefore, it leaves you with room for creativity, lots of creativity. And obviously, the mapper has a ton of creativity. The map is full of passages and twisted special places for your gaming pleasure.
Despite this apparent mess, the overall feeling is really good, thanks to the visual and architectural coherence. In fine, you have a truly excellent map, with a polished experience.
