From the same mapper that brought us de_rats_caravan, this is again a high quality map.
There are two very distinct areas in this map: an attic filled with old boxes and spider webs and an astonishing and luxurious office. The mapper did add a lot of ways between the two zones, meaning that, even if the map is quite large, you are never far away from the action.
Like de_rats_caravan, the map is very well designed and won't be nightmarish if you've got to face a couple of snipers.
Another smaller version, but this time cs, exists: sr_rats_attic. Give it a try.
