Despite the fact it does exist an official remake, many people may be interested by this map.

Yes, even if the official remake, included into the 1.6 patch, honors the original release it is not THE Carentant we all know. It is not the one where we spent countless hours to guard this damn cave, just to score 10 more points. This is not the map with the heavy machine gun wiping out entire groups of people daring to walk onto the street. Run Forest, run !

CoD1 lovers will be happy to know the mapper has reproduced this beauty to perfection, inch by inch, with the square graphics and the not-so-detailed texture exactly as they were in one of the best CoD map ever.

Note:
* This version fixed the issue occuring after the release of Chinatown,
* Move the .IWD file to the mod directory you're using, for instance mods/modwarfare,

* To load the map, open the console (~ or ²) and type /map mp_ctan
