Even if the discrepancy between the number of people playing CoD4 is huge compared to CS:S (and don't even try to compare with CS1.6), some mappers took the time to produce some marvel for this game.
CoD4 Engine being better suited for large outdoor scenery that the Source Engine, it allows therefore some extravaganza like this one. From the screenshots, you could have the impression that the map is a sniper dream, but it's not totally true, mainly due to some tunnels that run beneath this huge map.
Cherry on top, it is perfectly done and very atypical of a CoD4 map.
Note:
* Client side: move the .IWD file to the mod directory you're using, for instance mods/modwarfare,
* Server side: do not place the .IWD file into the mod directory, leave it into the /usermaps/dm_burg directory,
* To load the map, open the console (~ or ²) and type /map mp_burg
